iQXPRZ's IGBT provide low conduction and switching losses as well as short circuit ruggedness. Some of important features of these devices are: shor circuit rated, high speed switching, low saturation voltage, high input impedance, fast and soft antiparallel freewheeling diode (FWD).
 
IQXPRZ manufactures IGBT in both discretes (TO-247, TO-264, and SOT-227) and modules (IQPAK and IQPowermod series) from 600V to 1200V at 8A to 600A voltage and current ratings repectively.
